Competition For The Zhytomyr Court of Appeal: One Candidate Confirmed Her Ability to Administer Justice, Three Candidates Did Not Confirm This

On August 07, 2025, at the meeting in Panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges at the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded, that 29 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 14 vacant positions of judges in the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 22 candidates: 10 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 7 candidates did not confirm this, and interviews with 5 candidates will be held at the plenary session of the Commission.
