On December 11, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that 93 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 45 vacant positions of judges in the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 5 candidates for the position of judge at the Kyiv Court of Appeal: 2 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 1 candidate failed to confirm it, and 2 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
